Brady was given to me by a friend of mine who bought him to show – only Brady wouldn’t show.   He was a great big teddy bear.  He loved people and he loved being a dog – as long as it wasn’t a “show dog.”  It was such a shame because his siblings showed.  His litter brother was Ch. Countryview Tonight’s The Night who was Best of Variety at the Collie Club of America National specialty show at Louisville, KY in 2001.  I did manage to put a point or two on him but he hated it so much that I quit trying.  However, he was a very good stud dog and he really enjoyed that!  His pedigree blended beautifully with my own dogs’ and I have three females who are Brady daughters – a blue, a tri and a sable!  None of them like to show but they have wonderful puppies!  When Brady stopped being a stud dog he went to a pet home – to a lady who was thrilled to have him – and he’s a couch potato now and loving it!
