Jake is one dog that especially reminds me of his grandsire, Marty. Probably because he’s getting to be so dark as he matures, but he, too, has a beautiful collie expression. Considering the quality of the dogs behind them, I feel quite certain that one day both Jake and his sister, Patsy (Heather Hill’s Honky Tonk Angel), will also be champions.
